Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us by email or phone to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). We cannot process returns or exchanges without an RA#. Please include the RA# with your returned item(s) to ensure a timely and accurate refund or exchange.


Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned item(s).


Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photos or documentation of the damaged or defective item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, such as personalized or customized items, perishable goods, and gift cards. Please contact us if you have any questions about the eligibility of a particular item for return or exchange.
