Warranty Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the original purchase date. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

What is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. This warranty also does not cover any incidental or consequential damages.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please contact us by email or phone to obtain a warranty claim authorization number (WCA#). Please provide your original order information and a detailed description of the defect. We may require photos or documentation of the defect.

Warranty Remedies

If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, we will repair or replace the defective product at no cost to the customer. If the defective product is no longer available or cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement product of equal or lesser value or a refund of the original purchase price.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover any products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by anyone other than us. This warranty also does not cover any products purchased from unauthorized dealers or resellers.

Limitations of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product as described above. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.

No Other Warranties

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by us and supersedes all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
