Shipping Methods and Delivery Time frames

We currently offer standard and express shipping methods. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days for domestic orders, while express shipping takes 1-3 business days. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the shipping carrier and the destination.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping method chosen, the destination, and the weight and dimensions of the package. Customers can view shipping rates at checkout before completing their purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery timeframes may vary depending on the destination country and shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes associated with their international shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also do not ship to certain countries due to shipping restrictions or other reasons.

Shipping Liability

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim in the event of any issues.

Order Cancellation and Changes

Customers may cancel or make changes to their order within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, orders cannot be cancelled or changed as they will have already been processed and shipped.
